NZME has been put on notice over the way it’s characterised its performance by boardroom hopeful Jim Grenon, whose complaints about the media group’s disclosures were rejected by the firm.
In correspondence seen by The Bottom Line, counsel acting for Grenon wrote to NZME’s lawyers urging a series of corrections to the media group’s recent statements fending off his alternative board.
